Specific Responsibilities

• Selling payroll or human resource products and services to business owners, and developing new client relationships.
• Attaining technical, competitive, and sales skills.
• Meeting or exceeding corporate-assigned sales quotas.
• Developing a referral network to help increase the client base.
• Meeting ongoing customer service requirements as needed.
• Completing and submitting accurate expense reports and weekly activity reports on a timely basis.
• Projecting a positive image when representing the company to clients and the community

Benefits:
Sales Representatives receive a comprehensive benefits package including a base salary, commissions, bonuses, expense allowance, 401(k) Plan, a Stock Purchase Plan, and tuition reimbursement. First year earning potential is between $65k-90k, with six figure earning potential
